Membership requirements

My Beauty Swap is for qualified beauty professionals aged 18 or over. You must provide accurate details and hold current qualifications for the treatments you offer.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your account, the accuracy of your profile and the conduct of any swap you take part in. One account per person.

Qualification requirements

You must upload valid qualification, insurance or registration documents where required, and keep them current.

Swap rules

Swaps are treatment for points exchanges between members. Both members must agree the treatment, points value and time. Turning up, communicating and honouring bookings is required.

Swap Points points

Points have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable outside the platform. Points may be adjusted for cancellations, no shows, refunds or misuse.

Reviews and ratings

Reviews must be honest and based on a real completed swap. We may moderate or remove reviews that breach our guidelines.

Platform conduct

Harassment, discrimination, unsafe practice, misleading qualifications and off platform solicitation are not permitted.

Account suspension

We may warn, suspend or permanently remove accounts that breach these terms or put members at risk.

Intellectual property

The platform, brand and content are owned by My Beauty Swap. You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

Liability

My Beauty Swap is a platform that connects professionals. We are not the provider of any treatment and are not liable for the treatments members give or receive.

Dispute resolution

Raise disputes through the platform first. Our team will review the booking history, messages and evidence and make a decision on points and fees.

Changes to the platform

We may add, change or remove features. Material changes to these terms will be published and, where significant, you will be asked to accept the new version.
