All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as Stripe).
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or payment-related fees.
6. Cancellation Policy
All swaps are subject to My Beauty Swap’s standard cancellation policy.
By booking a service, you agree to both the professional’s policy and the platform’s policy.
7. Disputes and Refunds
Users should attempt to resolve disputes directly with each other.

My Beauty Swap may assist with communication but is not obligated to mediate disputes or provide refunds.
Platform fees and subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
