Cancellation policy

To respect each other’s time, all swaps follow a standard cancellation policy.

24+ hours before appointment, Full points returned, no service fee is charged.
Within less than 24 hours, 50% of points are non-refundable, and no service fee is charged.
Less than 12 hours or no-show: 100% of points are non-refundable, and no service fee is charged.

All cancellations are calculated based on the scheduled appointment time. In exceptional circumstances, the

professional may choose to offer a refund at their discretion.
