How do I Join?
Joining is free and only takes a few minutes.
Create an account, complete your profile, then upload your qualifications for verification.
Once approved, you can start requesting and accepting swaps with other verified beauty professionals.
Earn points by providing treatments, then use them to book the treatments you want.
Is it really free to join? Are there any fees?
Yes, joining is completely free.
A small 5.97% service fee is only charged when a swap is successfully completed.
All treatment values are shown in US dollars (USD), regardless of where you live.
If the swap doesn’t happen, you won’t be charged.
No subscriptions. No hidden fees. Ever.
Are members qualified professionals?
Yes. All members who can request and accept swaps are verified beauty professionals.
Each profile is reviewed before approval. Verified members display a verification badge so you can book with confidence.
How do I earn points?
You earn points by providing treatments to other members.
You’ll also receive bonus points when you join, complete your profile and verify your qualifications, giving you a head start on booking treatments.
You can earn even more points through referrals, rewards and member milestones.
Need a few extra points? You can purchase a limited number to top-up points each month.
How do I use my points?
Use your points to book treatments with other verified beauty professionals on the platform.
Browse available treatments, request a swap, and once it’s accepted, your points are securely held until the swap is completed.
It’s that simple.
Can I transfer my points to another member?
No. Points can’t be transferred between members and can only be used within My Beauty Swap. This helps keep the platform fair, secure and rewarding for everyone.
Can I exchange points for cash
What if I don’t have enough points?
If you don’t have enough points, don’t worry.
You can earn more points by providing treatments to other members through referrals, rewards and member milestones.
If you need a small top-up, you can also purchase a limited number of points each month.
Do my points expire?
No. Your points never expire as long as your account remains active.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your booking.
To respect everyone’s time, all swaps follow a standard cancellation policy.
- More than 24 hours’ notice: Full points refunded
- Within 24 hours’ notice: 50% of points are non-refundable
- Within 12 hours notice or a no-show, Points are non-refundable
In exceptional circumstances, the treatment provider may choose to refund at their discretion.

You can report a member directly from their profile page.
